Plans & Billing

How Digispot Cloud billing works — plans, the two credit pools (AI and Data), usage tracking, and payments.

The Cloud Platform is subscription-based, with a free tier and paid plans. Usage of AI and research features is metered through two separate credit pools.

Two credit pools

Your account carries two independent pools of credits:

PoolSpent on
AI creditsAsk Digispot, AI summaries, and Content Studio articles and infographics
Data creditsKeyword lookups and backlink analysis

The pools are not interchangeable. Running out of one does not affect the other. The server is authoritative and charges credits when an action is recorded.

Plans

The Cloud Platform has four plans. A free plan lets you get started. Paid plans raise limits and unlock gated features (for example, Content Studio is not available on free). Plans also set resource caps such as the number of projects, team members, and audits, and how long data is retained.

PlanMonthly (USD)
Free$0
Starter$19
Pro$49
Agency$199

Quarterly and yearly intervals are also available (yearly is discounted), and prices are shown in USD or INR depending on your region.

This is the Cloud Platform's own tier ladder. It is separate from the desktop SEO Spider plans (Scout / Tracker / Leader). The two are not the same subscription.

Usage & analytics

A usage dashboard breaks down both credit pools and shows usage by source (web, extension, and desktop). It also displays your fixed allocations for the current billing period: projects, team members, and audits. A credits badge in the app header shows your remaining balance at a glance.

Payments

Billing is handled through Razorpay, in USD or INR. You can choose a monthly, quarterly, or yearly interval. You can also upgrade or downgrade, schedule a plan change, or cancel at the end of the period. Billing history lists both subscription charges and credit purchases.
