Settings
Manage your account, projects, and integrations — and reach the team, billing, and API-key screens — from one Settings hub.
Settings is the hub for everything outside the audit itself. It covers your account, your projects and their connections, and the team, billing, and API-key screens.
Account
The Account screen holds your profile and security settings: your details and a password change. It's available to every member regardless of role.
Projects & integrations
The Projects & Integrations screen is where you manage the sites you audit and the data sources you connect:
- Projects — create, edit, and delete projects; set the active project that the rest of the console scopes to; and use AI-assisted auto-fill to populate a new project from its site rather than typing every field
- Sitemap verification for a project, so crawls start from the right URL set
- Integrations — connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 over OAuth, with Google Ads and Bing Webmaster connection screens also available
Connecting a data source is per-project. Switch the active project and the integration state follows it. Connected Google data powers the Google Insights dashboards and weights audit findings by real traffic.
Search Console gates its reports by the permission granted on the connected property. Search Analytics and URL Inspection each unlock different Google Insights sections. Connecting the account isn't the same as granting both. A locked section usually means the missing scope, not missing data.
Other settings screens
The rest of the Settings area is documented with the features it controls:
- User Management — see Teams & roles
- Billing & Subscription and Usage & Analytics — see Plans & billing
- Chrome Extension, MCP Server, and Spider License — see API access
Some Settings screens are Admin-only: Billing, User Management, and the API-key screens. See Teams & roles.
